What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, organisation, role, timescale and message. When you email us, we receive what you send. We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal data.
Why
We use these details only to reply to you and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a request you have made.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 24 months. Records of engagements are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
